Amy Sparck

Community Advisor

Amy Sparck has worked with the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center, as well as the Native American Contractors Association (NACA), in Washington, DC, serving in roles from finance to interim executive management, providing advisory review on legislative, regulatory and policy issues, and assisting with transition to optimize the organization’s mission to protect and enhance their member’s 8(a) federal contracting rights.

From serving as legislative staff to her time at NACA and the North Star Group in DC, Amy brings years of experience in Native affairs with government advocacy in policy and legislative issues that strengthen Tribal self-determination, from natural resources conservation to rural renewable energy to cultural heritage, health, and women’s safety.

Amy is Cup’ik, ‘People of the Seal’, of Qissunamiut (Chevak, Alaska), on the Bering Sea. Amy was born and raised with her triplet sisters in Alaska, and now lives in Northeastern West Virginia where she is raising her sons.
